Dressing Room Diaries: Forever 21 Haul!

Hi dolls!

Tonight on the blog I wanted to do something a little different. I want to call this post (and maybe I will even start this as a series every time I go shopping 😊) called "Dressing Room Diaries"! I always think it's fun to have a little "behind the scenes" look at the shopping part of making an #OOTD or #OOTN, so that's what I want to show you through the pictures below. I hope this gets y'all excited for Black Friday shopping!! And as part of my dressing room diary, I also did my very first video HAUL! I have vlogged before (be sure to subscribe to my YouTube channel HERE), but it's been a while and I have never actually done a haul before. If you're not familiar with a "haul" video, it's basically where the vlogger shows you everything they bought with prices/ways they would wear it/or anything else they want to talk about! Be sure to keep scrolling to the bottom of this post for my video haul! So without further ado, here's my very first "Dressing Room Diaries..." 

Oh...my...goodness. I am SO in love with this moto jacket! As you know, moto jackets are a huge trend this fall. This one fits the definition of perfection: the color, the zipper details, the belt lining the trim, and the oversized collar. I seriously love it and knew if I bought nothing else today, this was definitely going home with me! Oh and the best part? It was only $25!!! The perfect addition to your fall wardrobe. 

So next on my shopping trip I made some investments in body suits. Another huge trend this fall, I was on a mission to find some I loved today. Let me tell y'all, F21 is your go-to store for body suits! They have literally EVERY single kind you could think of at various price points & not to mention super cute. I bought the one I'm wearing above (here) along with the black leather skirt (watch my video at the bottom of this post for more info & better views of the skirt!). 

Next up, this mauve colored top I bought with these distressed boyfriend jeans. As I explain in my F21 Haul Video, I was not on the hunt for jeans in particular but when I saw these I knew I HAD to try them on & I happened to love the way they fit! They are loose and relaxed, which is quite different from the skinny jeans that fill my closet. Also, I loved this t-shirt. You seriously can never have too many & this one is SO cute and the color is so different! Also took a picture from the side so you can see that it's long, which I also love.  

Sigh...I love body suits! So this one was one of my favorites I tried on today & I also bought it in another color (see below). The v-neck is the perfect fit and I love the way this tighter top makes boyfriend jeans look more tailored! 

This is the same top above but in taupe. I didn't buy this skirt because it was slightly too big, but I love it. Every girl seriously needs a tulle skirt! You can find it here. 

So instead of the tulle skirt in the picture above, I DID end up buying this skirt + body suit combination. Seriously IN LOVE. This skirt is SO Audrey Hepburn meets Jackie O: classy, sophisticated, girly! I fell in love as soon as I tried it on. To top it off, it was only $25 and it definitely feels like it was WAY more expensive! Also the body suit I'm wearing above is so unique! I love the detail on the front & the deep v in the back. Stay tuned for some posts styling holiday outfits; I know I will feature this skirt! 💗

So you guessed it, this is another body suit I picked up today! I love the stripes and also the mock turtle neck feature of this one. It definitely screams fall! I bought the camel/cream color. As I explain in my video, I love the way camel & cream look with black. So classy! 

Yet again another body suit! This one incorporated the awesome "cold shoulder" trend this fall. The peak-a-boo sleeves add a unique touch to a basic black top (not to mention the back of it is SO cute). This exact one is not online but this one is very similar here.  

And for my final "dressing room diary" look, I decided to get this black t-shirt body suit! I just love wearing black and this one is definitely a good "basic" for your wardrobe! You can find it here.
