Hot Pink Sweater + OTK Boots for NYE!

December 27, 2017

 {Outfit Details}
Sweater: H&M (HERE, currently on sale for only $28! I sized up to a M for a more over-sized & off-the-shoulder look. Currently in stock in sizes S-L.) // Skirt: Forever 21 (almost identical HERE, every girl needs a good faux leather skirt in her closet! My exact one is not online but I have linked an almost identical one for $20! Seriously a wardrobe staple). // OTK Boots: Target (HERE, $45! I recommend going up 1/2 a size. These are awesome designer dupes!) // Clutch: Purple Peridot (exact one here on sale for under $35; but love this one here) // Sunnies: Target (here, only $17!)

Hi dolls!

I hope everyone had an absolutely wonderful Christmas! We loved spending time with family and our closest friends the past few days. Nothing like a holiday surrounded by your loved ones to make you realize how blessed you truly are!

So now that Christmas is over, the countdown to NYE is officially ON! New Year's Eve is another one of my favorite holidays of the year! It is so much fun to ring in the New Year with the one you love most. Today, my hubby and I booked a spur of the moment trip to Savannah for NYE and we are SO excited!!! With that being said, if you have any recommendations on places to eat/things to do in Savannah, send them my way! We can't wait!

Since NYE is just around the corner, I wanted to share a look that would be perfect for a more low key NYE celebration. My motto for NYE is usually "the more sparkles/glitter/sequins, the better" but for this post, I wanted to showcase another look you can wear on NYE if you aren't a huge fan of sparkles, but still want to wear a cute outfit. The faux leather skirt, OTK heeled boots, and the hot pink add a little FUN to this look! This sweater is one of my absolute favorites this season. I sized up to a Medium for an off-the-shoulder look. I am also convinced every girl needs a faux leather skirt in her closet. I have styled mine SO many ways this season (see another way I styled this skirt HERE) and it seriously can be styled with so much. Since the skirt is more form-fitting, I decided to pair it with a more oversized look on top to balance out the fitted skirt.

So what are YOUR plans for NYE!? Leave me a comment and let me know! Also, stay tuned for more NYE outfit inspo later this week! Thank you SO much for reading, dolls!

XOXO,
Ashley
