Hellooooo gorgeous!
Thanks so much for stopping by ;) Life has been a whirlwind lately but I wouldn't change a single minute. Our wedding is right around the corner & that means that wedding planning has been kicked into overdrive the past few weeks! So far this month we have had a wedding shower, went on our bachelorette & bachelor parties, met with the wedding planner, & I had my final gown fitting. Coming up this week are my hair & makeup trial runs. When things slow down, I'm definitely going to put a post together about the BEAUTIFUL wedding shower my bridesmaids hosted for us, and also about my most magical bachelorette party in Disney World!!! Stay tuned for those posts!
But today, I wanted to bring you this dressy look for Spring. Even though the temps dropped again last week (nothing like stepping off of the plane to 40 degree weather when it was 80 degrees in Disney World, haha!), it started to warm back up this weekend, so I thought it was the perfect day to put together this little spring #ootd.
To me, nothing says spring & warm weather like lace. Lace is one of my favorite fabrics because it is soft, feminine, and just plain pretty! The lace dress I'm wearing above is one of my faves from H&M. In my opinion, you can never have too many little black dresses, and every girl needs a lace one in their life! I actually loved this dress so much I also bought it in white. Unfortunately it is no longer online, but I found a SUPER cute similar one in the link above.
Finally, let's talk about this coat!!! I mean seriously could a coat get any cuter!? I absolutely love the draping and the wrap-around collar. It would be easy to dress this coat up or down, all around town (They totally named this coat appropriately, am I right?!). I chose to pair it with my lace LBD because I've always loved the color combination of black with taupe. Not to mention, it is currently on sale for only $34! Need I say more!? Be sure to check out Tobi's website HERE for super trendy, affordable clothing.
Be sure to stay tuned this week for an amazing giveaway coming up :)
Thanks SO much for reading dolls & have a Happy Monday!
XOXO

One Seriously this is one of my favorite LWD EVER. You can't go wrong with a lace white dress--how bridal is that!? I need to buy this one ASAP! // Two I wore this dress for our engagement photos (see them here). It is so comfortable and is a loose fit. Not to mention the back is SO cute! // Three I absolutely LOVE Lilly dresses! This one is so chic. I bought a similar one by Lilly that I'm going to most likely wear for my bridal shower this weekend! // Four I love the cap-sleeves and sheer top of this LWD. And the scalloped hem is so girly! // Five I tried to buy this Goodnight Macaroon dress not long ago, but it's been sold out for a while now. Hoping it comes back in stock soon! It's perfectly feminine and bridal...& again, don't get me started on how much I love lace! lol
Now, on to another exciting announcement....
This week I am teaming up with an amazing group of ladies to bring you an INCREDIBLE giveaway. One lucky reader will win a $1,000 gift card to Target.

I appreciate each and every one of you for all your support & love on my blog! Thank you for following along!

Watch: c/o JORD Wood Watches (here) // T-Shirt: BP (here) // Jeans: Old Navy (here) // Duster: BP (here) // Handbag: Louis Vuitton (here) // Lace-up Flats: Old Navy (here, in Olive. I have these in 4 colors & am obsessed!) // Sunglasses: Feisedy (via Amazon here) // Earrings: SUGARFIX by Bauble Bar (here)
I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend! Ours was busy with wedding planning (including one of my final bridal gown fittings! ekkkkk! cue the butterflies!) and some fun family activities! We were also happy to have a date night, which consisted of our faves: dinner & watching a movie (The Cowboy Way...it's an old one but SO funny- I highly recommend!).
So, who else is ready for spring!? It has been unseasonably warm in Tennessee, but I'm not complaining because I'm able to wear some of my cute new wardrobe additions & not freeze! With March 1st being just a couple of days away, it's almost time to spring forward! What better way to celebrate the time change than with a gorgeous new watch!? Read on for how you can win a beautiful watch for yourself! 😀
THE must-have accessory for springing forward is a new watch, am I right?! Let me tell ya, my new JORD wood watch totally fits the criteria for a cute, fashionable, and high-quality watch that is super versatile. (I'm wearing the Zebrawood and Champagne watch in the pictures above). What makes their watches even cooler is that JORD Wood Watches are crafted from various woods around the world. My watch in particular is "zebrawood" which is from West Africa. JORD uses whole wood stock to craft these gorgeous watches, and it definitely shows in the quality. Another selling point of this watch for me was the 35 mm watch face. I have rather small wrists, and this size was absolutely PERFECT. Also---for an extra $10, the company will size the watch for you so when it arrives at your doorstep it's ready to wear. The website has a wrist sizer that you print and use to measure your wrist. It's super easy and incredibly accurate! Also, did I mention that shipping is FREE worldwide?! Score!!!! They have SO many women's watches and men's watches to choose!
My watch arrived in a GORGEOUS wooden box which would definitely make the perfect gift for your girlfriend OR boyfriend (yes they have men's watches too!). Or, why not buy....or better yet....WIN.... one for yourself?!
I'm excited to announce that I've partnered with JORD Wood Watches to bring you a GIVEAWAY!!!! One lucky winner will win a $180 e-gift store credit so you can have a beautiful watch for yourself! The gift card will expire on 6/30/17.

Hi dolls!
I seriously can't believe how fast time is literally flying by (which is fine by me because that means our wedding day is even closer...😍 swoon...). Between school, clinicals, wedding planning, spending time with family, & working on some blogging projects coming soon, life has been busy, but I feel so blessed 💕
The look I'm sharing with you today is one of my favorites for a date night, or a night out with friends! There is just something about fringe that is so sassy and fun, which translates into being perfect for the weekend, am I right!? This is a skirt I bought a couple of years ago at Dillard's and is by the CUTEST brand called Chelsea & Violet. I actually purchased it for a Kip Moore concert with my friends and it's been the perfect staple piece in my wardrobe ever since (not to mention it's great to wear while rocking out to some country music, one of my favorite past times, lol 😂). It's definitely a fabulous transition piece from winter into spring as you can pair it with a sleeveless top & throw on a leather jacket, as I did here! For an edgy look, it would be SO cute paired with Converse sneakers or OTK boots!
I decided to go for a monochromatic look for my OOTN, but added color with my pop of turquoise in my necklace, red lips, and of course, the ever so timeless leopard print. I absolutely love these Sam Edelman pumps I scored at TJ Maxx & I find myself pairing them with so many things (see another way I have styled them here). Leopard print heels are another closet staple for me! Not to mention, I think they really added to the "fun" vibe of this outfit. Fringe + leopard print = a winning combination in my book! And that, ladies & gents, is my kind of mathematical equation...haha!
I hope y'all have a fabulous week. Thank you SO much for reading; I appreciate each & every one of you! Be on the lookout for some fun projects coming soon to APFF!
XOXO

Hi dolls!
First of all, I'm so excited to share my brand new blog layout with y'all! I felt like it was time for something a little different on APFF. I hope you enjoy, and that it's easier to navigate. You'll also notice I have a new feature added to my sidebar "Recent Purchases + Classic Faves" showcasing my newest shopping purchases & also some of my wardrobe staples! Be sure to check it out!
So, on to this OOTD. This look I'm sharing with you today is one of my favorite ways to look dressy while keeping warm. Our weather in TN is kind of crazy this time (well really all the time, haha) of year. Some days have been absolutely FREEZING (i.e. when I wore this outfit) yet others are super warm (which I'll be honest, are my favorite! I'm already cold 24/7 so I enjoy the sunshine & warm temps haha). But, when the weather decides to be super cold, an outfit like this one is perfect!

First of all, a big warm winter coat is a must-have! I received this one for Christmas from my sweet parents. I absolutely LOVE the fur trim. Not to mention, it's SUPER warm! The fur hood dresses it up, while the "puffer" type look makes it more casual. These types of coats are my favorite to wear when the temps drop....and it's longer in length so it adds even more warmth!
This headband is one I bought during my F21 haul last fall, and I knew it would be perfect for cooler days this winter! One side is fur-lined; you can't go wrong with fur to warm up and add a pop of fashion to your outfit at the same time. 😊
The key to dressing warm is to layer, layer, layer, of course...and one of my favorite ways to do that is with a scarf! This infinity scarf is an oldie but goodie from Old Navy. I love the cream colors and how they contrast with black!
Finally, I will leave you with this picture of these amazing donuts we had at Judy's Darling Donuts the day we snapped this outfit. This hot pink wall is right beside it, so if you're on the hunt for a pretty wall to take pictures at, look no further than here next time you're in Chattanooga!
