Happy Thursday gorgeous readers! One day away from Fri-YAY...can I get a woohoo!?
I am so excited to share this outfit with you today because it has 2 of my new favorite pieces I recently added to my wardrobe!
I would first like to introduce you to my new favorite pair of OTK boots. Target's winter boots are on major sale right now, as in I bought these boots for only $20! They were originally $50. Still at their original price, they are an affordable dupe for higher-end designer OTK boots (like these). I absolutely loved the color & chunky heel on them so it was a no-brainer that these beauties had to be my newest wardrobe addition. Also love the distressed toe! Not to mention, they are surprisingly super comfy! It's a win-win in my fashion book!
This blanket scarf from Ilymix is serious OBSESSION! Like, y'all need to order one right now...just sayin'. The color online (and the one I linked above) says "brown" but in reality it is more of a burnt orange. However, I LOVE it. The material is SO soft and super thick. It's definitely a higher quality scarf at a reasonable price. I styled it above as another one of the approximate one million ways to wear a blanket scarf: as a wrap! I thought this would be a chic way to wear my new blanket scarf with my boots & hat. Ilymix reached out to me so my readers could also enjoy a scarf for themselves. Words cannot express my love for fall clothes. While it is still a bit on the warm side here in Tennessee, I honestly just couldn't wait any longer to start putting together some fall outfits! This outfit is definitely going to be one of my go-to looks this fall. This really is a great way to "transition into fall." A three quarter length dress paired with ankle booties is perfect when the weather isn't too cold...and as the temps start dropping, add tights and a leather jacket and you're good to go. AND of course, to top it off, one of my favorite fall hats. If y'all haven't noticed, these floppy fall hats are literally EVERYWHERE and I'm seriously in LOVE (probably because, as I've shared before, it's just SO Rachel Zoe!). I am definitely going to be adding a lot more hats to my fall wardrobe so stay tuned :)

Hi dolls!
As y'all have probably seen on the news, we have had a snow/ice storm down here in the south, and temps are FREEZING! So don't be confused by today's post...in which I'm wearing an outfit from last week when the temps weren't so cold. All last December, I was on the hunt for an awesome black floppy winter hat, and I found the perfect one at Target (unfortunately it's no longer on the Target website anymore or else I would leave a link). I think I love these hats so much because I always see the fabulous Rachel Zoe being photographed in them. I also found a great deal on the blouse I'm wearing below at a boutique inside my local mall. There's something I just LOVE about black and white stripes....so classic. I paired my look with a bright cobalt blue statement necklace for a pop of color. Here's how my look turned out....
