Happy Friday, sweet friends!!
So today is very exciting if you are a makeup fan! From November 10th through the 15th, Sephora is having a sale for Very Important Beauty (VIB) members and Beauty Insiders. If you have VIB status (which you do if you spend $350 per calendar year), you can use code "20FORVIB" for 20% off your purchase, and for Beauty Insiders (which is FREE to be a member) you can use code "INSIDER15" to get 15% off your purchase. AND, you can use the codes as often as you wish until Nov 15th! Shipping is free when you spend over $50 (which is easy to do when there's so many amazing items!).
So as requested by my lovely followers on my Instastory poll (follow me on Instagram HERE), I have put together my favorite makeup product picks from the Sephora sale. With either 15% or 20% off, it is THE perfect time to purchase staple items! Keep on reading to see my must-haves....
Ashley's Passion for Fashion Sephora Sale Picks:
#1. Marc Jacobs Foundation (HERE) - w/ 15% off it is ~$47, w/ 20% off it is $44
Hands-down, without a doubt, this is my FAVORITE foundation. It is full-coverage, which I love, yet it does not "feel" heavy and does not give you that "caked on" look. It gives a smooth, flawless finish! If you talk to anyone who has used this foundation, they may tell you the packaging is prone to leaking. It IS true, but the way to prevent it is to make sure the INNER cap is TIGHTLY secured. Once I started removing the inner cap from the outer cap, I have never had any problems with my foundation leaking. Just a tip! I love it so much, I have it in 2 shades, Ivory (#12) for the fall/winter and Beige Light (#32) for when I have a tan in the summer (or when I use self-tanner). Highly recommend this foundation.
#2 Stila Stay All Day Waterproof Liquid Eye Liner (HERE) - w/ 15% off it is $19, w/ 20% off it is ~$18
I have tried SOOO many eyeliners over the years, and this one by Stila is DEFINITELY worth the normal (when not on sale) $22 price tag. It is long-lasting, waterproof (but not hard to remove at night with a makeup wipe), and has the best brush applicator with it. Plus, it comes in 12 colors. My fave = Jet Black.
#3 Tarte Tartelette in Bloom Clay Eyeshadow Palette (HERE) - w/ 15% off it's $39, w/ 20% off it's ~$37
So, I am here to say that every single one of my Urban Decay Naked eyeshadow palettes has been replaced by this gorgeous Tarte palette! One of my favorite Christian bloggers, Brittany Price Brooker (you can follow her here), always has THE best makeup and I reached out to her to ask about her eyeshadow because it is PERFECT. This is the palette she wears as well! She is SO inspiring and has a heart for the Lord....check out her Instagram page HERE. So, since she recommended it, I have been wearing this palette and I LOVE it. The colors are super pigmented and long-lasting. Perfect eyeshadow
#4 Bonbon by Viktor & Rolf (HERE) - w/ 15% off it's ~$98, w/ 20% off it's $92
Flower Bomb by Viktor & Rolf has ALWAYS been my favorite perfume. It literally smells amazing. However....it may be replaced with this amazing new scent by Viktor & Rolf called Bonbon. I received a sample of it with one of my orders from Sephora, and it was love at first spritz (HAHA). But seriously, it is AMAZING....and how cute is the bow bottle!? This is on my Christmas wish list and this would make such a perfect gift for the lady in your life, men!
#5 Becca Pressed Highlighter in Champagne Pop (HERE) - w/ 15% off it's ~$32, w/ 20% off it's ~$30
If you are in the market for a beautiful highlighter for your cheeks, this one is my favorite! It gives you a gorgeous glow when the light catches. I use it on my cheekbones!
#6 BITE Beauty Matte Crème Lip Crayon in Glacé (HERE) - w/ 15% off it's ~$20, w/ 20% off it's ~$19
Y'all! This is my absolute FAVORITE color of lipstick to achieve that perfect nude lip for fall. It is so gorgeous. I use it as a lip liner and an all-over lip color as well. You can pair it with any color gloss over it and it's SERIOUSLY perfect.
#7 Tarte Foundation brush (HERE) - w/ 15% off it's ~$28, w/ 20% off it's ~$27
This brush is hands down THE best brush for applying foundation. I am in LOVE. The bristles are so soft & it helps achieve that smooth flawless finish. With the discount this weekend, it's under $30!
#8 Anastasia Brow Wiz Brow Pencil (HERE) - w/ 15% off it's ~$18, w/ 20% off it's ~$17
I am sure y'all have heard of people raving about Anastasia's brow products, and for good reason! This is one of my favorite pencils. I have it in "Blonde" which is perfect since I like my eyebrows to look more natural w/ my hair color (which, surprise, I'm not a natural blonde haha!). This pencil is easy to apply and helps create a natural, fuller brow. With the discount, it's under $20! Worth the money for sure.
#9 Kat Von D Everlasting Liquid Lipstick (HERE) - w/ 15% off it's $17, w/ 20% off it's $16.
So what are y'all going to get?! Leave me a comment on this post or drop me a line over on Instagram to let me know! As always, if you have ANY questions you can e-mail me at ashleyspassionforfashion@gmail.com, or feel free to direct message me on Instagram HERE.

Kat Von D makes some of THE prettiest shades of liquid lipstick EVER (44 to be exact!). I fell in love this summer with this lipstick (a gorgeous warm rose color "Berlin") and I think adding a new color to my collection is in order! This goes on SO easily and leaves a long-lasting pigment. Highly recommend!
#10 Urban Decay Naked Flushed Palette (HERE) - w/ 15% off it's $29, w/ 20% off it's $27.
This is seriously your one-stop for blush + bronzer. I absolutely love mine and when I don't have a tan, I use just the blush. When I have a tan, I love adding the bronzer. I have the shade "Naked."

Girls' Night Out with Fab'rik
November 6, 2017
{Outfit Details}
Dress, coat, & boots: c/o fab'rik Chattanooga (to order call (423) 713-7900, or direct message the fab'rik Instagram account HERE to order!).
Hi y'all!
I hope everyone had a fabulous weekend & getting into the routine of a new week!
Tonight, I am SO excited to announce that I am partnering up with one of my favorite local boutiques, fab'rik, to bring you a GIRLS' NIGHT OUT!!
On November 17 from 5-7:30 PM, I will be hosting a fabulous event at the Chattanooga fab'rik location (HERE). At this event, there will be free blow outs from the Blowout Company Chattanooga (check them out here), $30 makeovers by Leah Mullins makeup artist, free appetizers with dinner at Bone Fish after the event ends at 7:30, and also giveaways at the event!! At the event, I will be showing y'all some of THE cutest fall fashion and styling tips for this season. In the meantime, be sure to head over to my Instagram account HERE to enter a giveaway for a $100 fab'rik gift card (winner will be announced 11/17)!!!
I was invited last week to come check out the new fall collection at fab'rik and style a new look to show y'all! I am absolutely in LOVE with this look from head to toe. This maroon dress ($62) is made of the softest suede material and I love how it can easily be dressed up or down depending on what accessories you pair with it. Since it is sleeveless, it is also the perfect transition piece as you can add layers for the colder days. For my look here, I dressed up my look by adding the most FAB accessories: a layered faux fur coat ($72) and these gold studded booties ($54). I love the dusty rose color of this jacket as it will go with so many different looks in the future. I also love these boots; definitely one of my new favorite wardrobe additions. The nude color is perfect to elongate your legs and the gold studs add the perfect feminine touch.
I cannot wait to show y'all more cute fall looks on November 17th! If you're local, I would absolutely LOVE to see you so be sure to stop by and get pampered for the ultimate fun girl's night out!
XOXO,
Ashley
Thank you to fab'rik for partnering on today's post. As always, all opinions are my own.

A Rainy Fall Day: Yellow + Leopard Print
November 3, 2017
{Outfit Details}
Sweater: H&M (here, under $40!) // Jeans: Free People (here, runs TTS) // Beanie: BP at Nordstrom (here, $15 with free shipping!) // Boots: Hunter (here, with free shipping!) // Boot Socks: Hunter (here, again w/ free shipping) // Handbag: Louis Vuitton (here) // Ring: Sugarfix by Bauble Bar at Target (here) // Necklace: Old, not sure the brand but similar here
Happy FriYAY friends!
Who else thinks that FRY-day is the perfect excuse to eat some fries from Chick-fil-A!? I literally had that conversation with my Mom today in the drive-through line; I feel like it's pretty sound logic-haha! 😜 Ok back to this blog post.....
I'm super excited to share this look with y'all tonight on the blog. Last weekend it was a SUPER chilly, rainy, and dreary Saturday so I was ready to brighten it up by breaking out this beautiful mustard yellow chunky knit from H&M. If you follow me on Instagram HERE, you know that my local hometown of Chattanooga had its grand opening for a new H&M store yesterday. I arrived 2 hours before the opening and it was definitely a big party, there was a DJ and even cookie cake! Talk about fun! H&M is one of my all-time favorite go-to stores for budget friendly, yet on trend fashion.
I actually bought the sweater in this #ootd from the H&M in Charleston, SC on our trip and it was $34.99. So I am in looooove with this sweater for many reasons....the first being the COLOR: mustard yellow is one of my faves for fall (as you can tell in this post here and here). I also love that it's a chunky knit so it's cozy and perfect for colder weather. Moreover - the length is PERFECT! It is long enough to cover your hips, and perfectly acceptable to wear with leggings. The ideal sweater, right!?
Since it was raining, I completed my rainy day style with 2 must-have accessories: a beanie and my favorite rain boots. This beanie was a hit last year and I'm happy to say it's back (and fully in stock!) again this season. A beanie is a must for a rainy day to hide any frizz that sometimes my hair likes to have in the rain, haha! Also, a rainy day is the perfect excuse to wear one of my favorite pairs of Hunter rain boots. I also love the boot socks with them; they are fleece so they are extra toasty for a chilly fall day!
Thank you SO much for stopping by and reading! I hope y'all have a FABULOUS weekend!!
XOXO,
Ashley
The Perfect Holiday Blazer
November 1, 2017
{Outfit Details}
Blazer: c/o SheIn (here, under $40!! Wearing a size M) // Bodysuit: Dillard's (here, wearing a size M) // Skirt: Forever 21 (no longer online, love this one here) // Pearl Necklace: Sugarfix by BaubleBar at Target (here, a favorite of mine for $20!) // Heels: Sam Edelman (here) // Clutch: Louis Vuitton (here)
Happy November, dolls!
Can y'all believe it's ALREADY November?! Moreover, can y'all believe that it's ALREADY "beginning to look a lot like Christmas"?! Just yesterday I saw Christmas candy in stores, the mall is Christmas decorated and waiting on Santa, and Starbucks has out their holiday coffee cups already! So....it's coming! While I'm definitely looking forward to Christmas as always, I absolutely LOVE Thanksgiving. I love the joy of being with family and sharing a special meal together!
When SheIn sent me this GORGEOUS faux fur trim tweed blazer, I knew it would be SO perfect to style for a holiday-inspired look! Yes the holidays are just around the corner, and it's never too early to start thinking about your holiday #ootd or #ootn. This would be a lovely yet fun look for a holiday party! The white faux fur trim on this blazer reminds me of winter and colder weather...total "ice princess" vibes right!? I absolutely LOVE that it is tweed as well because it really adds to the quality of the blazer. You can style it SO many ways as well. As you can see in the pictures above, I wore it paired with a bodysuit and you can wear the blazer open, which is a bit more casual, or button it for a more refined look. Also...while I styled it with a skirt and leopard heels here, I also styled it on Instagram HERE with pants and leopard booties. It would also look fabulous over a dress. Not to mention. it is ONLY $37!! Can y'all believe that!? You can't beat the price for the quality in my book. To top my look off, I added one of my favorite chunky pearl necklaces. Pearls just add class to a look, right?!
I hope y'all are having an awesome first day of November! Thanks SO much for stopping by and reading, dolls!
XOXO
AshleySouthern Charm: #OOTD for Sightseeing in Charleston (Plus a few recommendations)
October 29, 2017

Love them, they get even more comfortable the more you wear them!) // Flats: Target (here, some of my faves of the season, only $23) // Neckerchief: Vintage (my Nana's! Happy Sunday sweet friends!
How has your weekend been? I hope everyone has had a restful and enjoyable one! 😊 Ours consisted of a family birthday party for our nephew, a drive through the mountains, watching football, eating wings, and going to a pumpkin patch today!!! Oh, and if you follow me on Instagram HERE, you know that the temps in Chattanooga dropped so I was able to FINALLY pull out my chunky knits Friday, Saturday, AND today. I would call that a pretty successful fall weekend!
So we made a little fall weekend getaway with my parents to Charleston, SC last weekend. Have y'all ever been to Charleston? If you have, you'll know what I mean when I say it is seriously THE most charming and lovely city! It is full of history, amazing food, and the best shopping.
We arrived in time for dinner on Thursday, and when we woke up Friday it was time for a day of sightseeing. The outfit above was my ideal outfit for exploring Charleston. The temps were in the mid 70s, lower 80s, so I didn't even have to bring a coat. I'm so sad this cross body bag isn't online BUT I will say that I highly recommend a bag like this one which is roomy enough for all your travel essentials, but is a small enough size to be able to wear it cross body. It's so much more comfortable to have your hands free and not worry about a bulky purse when out exploring (plus, it's also safer to wear your purse in this way to keep it close by when out!). Ok so, let's talk about this top: I am in LOVE with the stripes and ruffles!! I have linked similar styles above since this one is from a local boutique. I decided a polka dotted neckerchief was JUST the touch of southern charm this outfit needed. The trick for print mixing? Pick similar color palettes (both of my shirt/neckerchief are the same color, so even though they are different prints, they work well together!). Finally, I am sure it goes without saying, but for me, comfortable but stylish shoes are a must when I'm on my feet all day! These from Target are seriously so cute (a Gucci dupe), and comfortable! My feet didn't hurt at all after walking all day.
I love talking about fashion on this blog, but I thought I would just throw in some of our favorite places we ate and things we did while in Charleston. We honestly ran out of time to see EVERY thing (we only had 2 full days for exploring) but these were some of my personal favorites for your next Charleston trip:
Our Must-Do/Must-Eat List for Charleston
(in no particular order):
1. Take a Carriage Ride (we were very happy with Palmetto Carriage Works we used here, and there are usually coupon codes available online so search before you check out). We took a carriage ride after we went to Fort Sumter and ate lunch at #7 below, and it was a great way to tour the city and see the beauty of Charleston's buildings, and also to figure out other things we wanted to do for the rest of our trip. Our tour guide was also very knowledgeable about much of the history of the city. Plus, how cool is it to be riding in a horse-drawn carriage next to a car?! haha! Pretty unique experience. Also, a tip: we booked our tickets about 1 hour before our departure time online. They run every 15 minutes, so it's super easy to find a time that works with your schedule! I would book a carriage ride earlier in your trip so you can see the city up front.
2. Tour Fort Sumter (tour information here): This is definitely a must-see if you have never been to Charleston. You take a ferry ride to the Fort, which is fun in itself to see Charleston and the Fort from the water. There are certain times the tour leaves which are available on the website, so you definitely want to plan ahead (but depending on the season, you can buy your tickets when you get there. Summer is the busiest though). Also just a FYI: I recommend bringing your own water bottle. They do have water available for purchase once you're on the ferry, but there's no water available while you wait for the ferry to arrive or while you tour the museum prior. Just a tip!
3. Shop at the Charleston City Market (here): Oh my gosh y'all, this was one of my favorites! The Market was seriously SO cute and had so many unique, NICE things! On weekends, they also have a night time Market from 6:30-10:30 with different vendors and music. It's definitely a must-see.
4. Callie's Hot Little Biscuits for Breakfast (here): So this was a place I heard about from Draper James' Instagram page. There are two locations, and we visited the one inside the City Market before we went sightseeing for the day. I highly recommend the blackberry & the cinnamon biscuits (we got 3 mini ones each to try a few different kinds). DELICIOUS!
5. Visit Rainbow Row (here): I am SURE you've probably seen pictures of the adorable, brightly colored homes on Rainbow Row in Charleston. We took an Uber ride (tip: both Uber and Lyft are available in Charleston, and it is a great inexpensive way to travel between locations because trust me, you can wear yourself out walking here!) to Rainbow Row to take some blog pics (coming soon y'all!). This is a must-see, the houses there are just so gorgeous and it's fun to walk around and see how they decorate the outsides (and the pretty window boxes).
6. Dinner at Circa 1886 (here): This is definitely a Charleston experience! It is a great option for a nice, upscale dinner. The food is DELICIOUS, and it has a lovely ambiance. I would recommend reservations! We made them via OpenTable before.
7. Grab lunch at 5Church (here): I love a restaurant with a unique atmosphere and ambiance. This place is in an old church, and it's just beautiful on the inside. The food is a bit unique for my liking (haha) but my hubby said his oysters were some of the best he's ever had. I would definitely recommend going here for the unique experience.
8. Experience a Rooftop Restaurant (we loved the one we ate dinner at our last night, called The Watch: Rooftop Kitchen & Spirits inside of the Restoration Hotel. Check it out here). So, you MUST experience Charleston from a rooftop if you go! There are countless spots around town, but we found this one and loved it. We ate outside and it was just perfect weather and a view of downtown Charleston. Plus, we had some of THE BEST wings we have ever had!
9. Get a Blowout from the Dry Bar (book an appointment here): Confession: before we had even made any dinner reservations or planned anything we were doing on our trip, I had booked an appointment at Dry Bar for Saturday afternoon before we went shopping. If you've never been to a Dry Bar, it's SUCH a fun experience. This would be a great option too if you're going to Charleston for a girls' trip. I got the "Southern Comfort" style because, well, when in Charleston, right!?
10. Shopping on King Street. Our hotel was really close to King Street, so AMAZING shopping was just a quick walk from our hotel. They have literally EVERYTHING you could dream of, and if you follow me on Instagram, you know I shopped at H&M & picked up a little treasure from Louis Vuitton. It's definitely a must if you love shopping. We ran out of time but there are so many amazing stores there!
11. Tour the Calhoun Mansion (information here). We were introduced to the Calhoun Mansion on our carriage ride, and when the tour guide told us that the shots of Allie's summer home, in The Notebook, were filmed there, we knew we had to see it! I would highly recommend taking a tour. It is the largest single family residence in Charleston!
12. Dine at Magnolia's for dinner (here): This restaurant is another Charleston classic. It has yummy food from the fried green tomato appetizer to the pumpkin cake dessert. We made reservations prior to our meal here!
13. Stay at King Charles Inn (here). We absolutely loved the convenience of our hotel, and not to mention it was a very comfortable room and lovely hotel!!!
14. Buy some pralines to take home! Need I say more? One of the best souvenirs you can buy. Besides a new LV purse. Lol.
Thanks SO much for reading, dolls!
XOXO
