A Little {Leopard} Dress & A Little Red Clutch!
July 30, 2014
Hi dolls!
Happy Wednesday! A while back in May, this little leopard print dress caught my eye while I was out shopping at Ross. An entire dress in a pattern as bold as leopard print is tricky territory because it can definitely venture into the territory of a fashion "don't." However, the longer length of this dress with the lace detail around the waist and the fuller skirt made it more classy. After trying it on, I loved the way it fit and decided it was a must have! To add some color to the neutral palette of leopard print, I added a bright red clutch. I bought this ADORABLE clutch last week at T.J. Maxx (with a $50 gift card I won for being a "Maxxinista" daily pick contest winner on Instagram here). I especially love this clutch because it also has a gold chain link strap so it can be worn across the shoulder/body or just carried under the arm (as you can see below in my pictures). I love bright handbags because they really can add that special "pop" to an outfit. I also have always loved the way red looks against a backdrop of leopard print! To top it off, I of course had to put on some red lipstick :) Hope y'all enjoy!

Love at First Fit!
July 21, 2014
Helloooo loves!
I hope everyone had a fabulous weekend! :) I know I did :) So today I want to share with you one of my summer 2014 obsessions: crochet shorts. Y'all may have seen the ivory pair I posted about here and here, but I also had been on the hunt for some colorful crochet shorts. I was SO excited when I walked by a cute boutique called "Pink & Blue" in my local mall and some bright shorts caught my eye in the store window. When I entered the store I was (slightly) excited to find they were not only crochet but they came in both coral and turquoise, but of course I tried to contain my excitement until I tried them on to see if they really fit or not. So my blog title may be a little bit of a spoiler alert but if you can guess when I tried them on it was love at first...fit? haha! As I have shared before, when I find something I LOVE, I usually want it in every color available, so I decided to go ahead and buy both the coral & turquoise! In today's OOTD, I paired the coral pair with a bright striped tank top from Forever 21 I bought last summer (see how I've styled it on the blog before HERE) with a high curly pony tail, aviators, my favorite summer bag from Target & an iced Starbucks white chocolate mocha for good measure :)
Thank y'all so very much for reading! It means the world to me :)

Pops of Color with Sprinkles On Top!
June 30, 2014
Hi gorgeous readers!
I hope y'all had a fabulous weekend! Sooooo I have a confession. I LOVE doughnuts. Not just any doughnuts though, I love doughnuts with icing and sprinkles. Yes, sprinkles, multi-colored ones to be exact. Sprinkles aren't just for children y'all; they're for fashionistas too!
Before you start wondering, I'm not going to start blogging about food or anything (at least not on the reg), but just explaining the title of this post! I had heard and seen pictures of the lovely doughnut mural painted on the side of Koch's Bakery in my hometown of Chattanooga & wanted to go check it out for myself! There's been a little controversy over this wall & it may be removed soon....so, I knew I had to go down there ASAP & set my eyes on this beautiful mural of doughnut-y goodness myself before it was gone forever. Oh, and take a few outfit pictures as well :) Hope y'all enjoy my OOTD...featuring a little pale pink party dress I bought on sale for FIFTEEN bucks at a boutique in Gulf Shores paired with my new turquoise purse from Target (remember when I featured it on my summer wish list HERE?) and also my neon pink heels. And behold, the doughnut wall....
